How a warranty claim works

Submit the form. Tell us about the roof and the problem and upload photos. It takes a few minutes.
We review it. Our warranty team checks your installation records and contacts you to schedule an inspection.
We inspect the roof. A roofer finds the cause, photographs it and confirms whether it is covered.
We fix it. Covered work is scheduled and completed under your warranty. If it is not covered, you get a written price before anything is done.

What to have ready

The year the roof was installed, and whether Arizona Roofers was the original installer
The roof type: shingle, tile, flat or metal
When you first noticed the problem, and whether it happened during a storm
Any interior damage, such as ceiling stains or wet insulation

Who can file a warranty claim here?

Homeowners and property managers with a roof installed or repaired by Arizona Roofers. If another company installed your roof, you can still use the form or call us, and we will inspect it as a regular repair.

Is my problem covered by the warranty?

Coverage is confirmed after we inspect the roof. Your warranty document sets out exactly what is covered and for how long. Workmanship problems with our installation are what our warranty is for; storm damage is usually a homeowners insurance matter.

What should I include with my claim?

The year the roof was installed, whether we were the original installer, the roof type, when you first noticed the problem, whether it happened during a storm, any interior damage, and photos of the issue.

What if the roof is leaking right now?

What if the damage was caused by a storm?

Storm damage from wind, hail or falling debris is usually handled through your homeowners insurance, not a workmanship warranty. We can inspect, photograph and document the damage for your claim. See roof insurance claim help.

Does a manufacturer warranty work differently?

Yes. Manufacturer warranties cover the roofing materials and are administered by the manufacturer under their own terms. Send us your claim and we will tell you which warranty applies and help with the next steps.

We had an exceptional experience with Arizona Roofers from start to finish. The entire process felt like a white-glove service experience. Stephen handled our sales process and was excellent. He spent a good amount of time thoroughly inspecting our roof, answering all of our questions, and explaining everything in detail. What impressed us most was that he brought up things we hadn’t even thought of, like the importance of protecting our pool so materials, debris, or nails wouldn’t cause any damage. He gave us complete confidence that their team would take great care of our home and property. Our Project Manager, Austin, was equally outstanding. He communicated with us throughout the entire project, responded quickly to questions, and was frequently on-site checking the quality of the work. His attention to detail was excellent, and he took the time to explain each step of the process so we understood everything. We had several special requests when it came to protecting our property, and Austin handled every one with professionalism and a great attitude. Because we are planning to repaint our home exterior in the next year, Austin even ordered two custom paint colors specifically for our home — one to match our roof tile and another to match our stucco — so the flashing, vents, and other roof components blended seamlessly. Those extra details really showed the level of care they put into their work. The roofing crew was amazing as well. We have a very large home with a complicated roofline, many slopes, and a turret, and they completed everything in only four days. The turret required custom tile cuts, and they installed everything beautifully. Other roofing companies estimated it would take much longer. Arizona Roofers started exactly when scheduled and finished on time, even after discovering leaks that required additional wood replacement. The crew worked incredibly hard and was respectful, friendly, and professional the entire time. They greeted us every morning, were courteous to our kids and their grandmother who lives with us, and were very mindful of our neighbors. They worked long hours but remained quiet and respectful, which we really appreciated. Overall, Arizona Roofers exceeded our expectations. Stephen, Austin, and the entire team provided excellent communication, quality workmanship, and a a great level of customer service. We would absolutely recommend them!

Repeat Happy Customer! We hired Arizona Roofers to do two roof jobs within a year. A full roof replacement on my home in Litchfield Park (The Village), and a partial replacement in Payson (Chaparral Pines golf community). The workers were on time, respectful of my home, and always cleaned the worksite up EVERY day. I was provided multiple photo galleries of progress, and the site supervisor was extremely communicative about the project, and progress. We have owned 8 homes throughout our lives, and have hired many contractors throughout the years for renovation work. A special shoutout to our project manager/site supervisor for providing THE BEST communication we have EVER experienced with construction crews. He is pure GOLD. Meticulous, friendly, and honest. WOW! Neighbors were driving around, seeing what we were up to, asking about our project. We will highly recommend AZ Roofers to our neighbors.

Once we decided we needed a new roof, we shopped around a bit and then settled on Arizona Roofers based on their reviews compared to other roofing companies and that the sales team made me feel comfortable when they came out to give us a quote. They definitely aren't the cheapest, but based on materials, warranty, explained workmanship and the fact they include solar was a big deal for us. Connor was our original sales person, he was very professional, thorough and did everything to make us feel comfortable prior to committing. Once we committed to Arizona Roofers, they were very communicative along the way and had our job scheduled within a couple weeks. I will tell you that although they tell you the job should take no more than 3 days, for transparency that is only including the roof, if you have solar panels it may take longer due to scheduling, our job took 10 days total from Panel uninstall to panel reinstall (2 days for the roof). Prior to the start of our job we got a project manager named Austin, nice guy and very communicative as well. The roof was done in only 2 days, for the most part we were satisfied with the roof minus having to wipe a bunch of stuff off the birdstop, picking up 16 nails in the yard to date and cleaning roof debris from all of our plants in the yard. We also have a bunch of extra material we elected to keep since we paid for it and dont get credited for anything. Only major issue we ran into is that when they returned to finish a mud cap they mud capped our aloe as seen in the pictures. Aside from having to do some of our own cleaning and the mud cap fiasco, the job went well. You can tell that the company is real big on communication, as Connor, Austin and Raven all did very well, were quick to communicate with you, reassuring and made sure that you had what you needed. Austin was also quick to reply when we ran into a couple issues with the solar company on the reinstall and did what he could to make sure the right people were informed and the issue was corrected. Overall, I think we are satisfied with the roof and materials, the real test will be our first big rain storm.

We just had our roof replaced by Arizona Roofers and we couldn’t be happier! They ended up doing the material drop off and roof replacement in one day which was super impressive. The crew was very nice and professional and did a great job with clean up. There was a clear line of communication the whole time and provided updates the whole day. The roof looks great and we’d definitely recommend them.

In Arizona there are 100s of roofing companies to choose. It's hard to know which one and pretty scary to be honest. I'm glad I picked AZ roofers. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. They have an office person that will deal with your insurance. They also offer financing if you can't pay your deductible out of pocket. They just did my roof and I will 100% recommend them to anyone. Thank you Arizona roofers. Here are some before and after pictures.
