We really appreciated the Final Inspection of the completed job, inspected thoroughly by Austin Huffman was an added bonus! The Level of expertise and excellence along with the Respect for Us, the Homeowners, was beyond expectations. In Arizona there are 100s of roofing companies to choose. It’s hard to know which one and pretty scary to be honest. I’m glad I picked AZ roofers. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. They have an office person that will deal with your insurance. They also offer financing if you can’t pay your deductible out of pocket. They just did my roof and I will 100% recommend them to anyone. Thank you Arizona roofers. Here are some before and after pictures.

Brandon and Brett were both very pleasant to work with and answered all my questions/gave me all my options/levels/warranty information for a new roof. The house was built in the 80’s and the roof had never been replaced. I wanted to preserve as many tiles as possible with best match for new tile. I was given before, during and after photos. Communication was primarily via email for the delivery date/requirements and project date/requirements and via phone to schedule the final walk through. After a series of storms in the valley, getting a new roof was very popular. From initial deposit in December to completion/walkthrough in January was 6-7 weeks (note that this included the December/New Year holiday season) with the actual roof replacement taking ~1.5 days.

Even though I had to wait a long time to get my roof reshingled due to many people having storm damage Arizona roofers tradesmen did a fabulous job. My house looks amazing now even my neighbors are commenting on how wonderful the house looks. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and very nice.

From the start Brenda was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They fought for a full roof replacement when insurance wasn’t willing to fork out. Brandon was the project manager and was great at relating what was going on with my roof’s condition and exploring all possible options with me when unexpected issues arose. I would recommend to anyone looking at any roofing options.

I paid my deposit on october twenty fourth.I was told I’d be serviced on november fourth then I called said I was scheduled on december fourth.Now i’m leaking in two different rooms, and they’re telling me i’m under contract so, i’m stuck until they get out here when they get the chance because it’s busy. I’ve paid half of my up front fee. I guess once you pay them money.You’re stuck. I really thought I had found a good company. The sales guy ashkan lays down a good load of B. But once he leaves and your check clears, you’re at the mercy of what they will or will not do for you. I have four buckets and two rooms and six weeks later.I’m still waiting. Good luck.

Worked with Phillip Merrell and he and his team at Arizona Roofers were excellent! I contacted Arizona Roofers as a tile had fallen from my roof after a storm (no leaks though). Being as our roof was now 20 years old I suspected it might be time for an inspection and potentially need repair or replacement.
Phil thoroughly inspected my roof, took numerous pictures and videos and showed me the damage hiding under the tiles. Fortunately, it was caught in time as waiting any longer would have resulted in a far more extensive and costly repair.
Phil and Arizona Roofers took care of everything. Informed us of our options, answered questions and put our minds at ease. Our repair was quickly scheduled, materials ordered and delivered. When the team arrived (on time) to the start work, they were quick and thorough. Complete roof replacement was done in less than 2 working days! My wife and I are VERY pleased with the results and extremely satisfied with the entire process. Arizona Roofers are TOP NOTCH Professionals! I cannot recommend them enough!

Brad the roofer as I call him, Brad Crohurst was absolutely professional. He went above and beyond helping me get my roof fixed with many issues including solar panels, everything he took care care of so I didn’t have to be the contractor. He made it the smoothest fix project on my house I have ever been apart of. I’ll be sending anyone that needs their roof done his info, and you all should get his info. Brad Crohurst of Az Roof Co is amazing. I had a last minute roof repair approval from my insurance company with the closing on the sale of my house only 2 weeks away. He was able to get his team together, office staff and installation crew, and get the roof replacement completed in 2 days. Incredible. It looks beautiful. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Brads attention and dedication to helping me get this done so my new buyers get a new roof before they move in. I can’t recommend him and the company high enough. He really showed amazing integrity and honesty helping me deal with this issue. He treated me like a member of the family. Just amazing.

I recently had my roof redone, and they did such an excellent job. They always kept in touch with me, very kind and explained everything so well, and they were so great to work with. I would recommend them to anybody that needs help with their roof.

Amazing customer service with superb quality control. We were informed of all aspects of the roof installation with top notch communication from Bradley Crohurst. Videos and pictures were taken during the entire sequence. Competitively priced with the best products used in the business. The team took great care during the entire installation process. I reached out to AZ Roof Co after being turned away by several other companies for a chimney repair. Jeff from their team came to my home, assessed the situation, and assured me they could handle the job — even quoting me for the work and telling me to “let people know AZ Roof Co took care of you when no one else would.” This gave me a lot of hope, especially after struggling to find anyone willing to help.
Unfortunately, after following up several times to schedule the repair, I was told by text, “Boss said no.” Not only was the job now off the table, but during the original visit, part of the chimney had been pulled apart without my consent — leaving it more exposed than before. When I raised this concern, I received an initial response from their COO, who apologized and said he would look into it. Despite my attempts to follow up and work toward a solution, they stopped responding entirely.
I don’t take leaving negative reviews lightly, but this was a disappointing experience. I was left with a partially dismantled chimney, no resolution, and empty assurances. I hope others have a better experience, but I can’t recommend this company based on how things were handled in my case.

From start to finish, we had a great experience with AZ Roof Co. Eric gave us our quote and explained so many details that I never would’ve thought of. (I always have 3 companies come and quote a job… Eric’s presentation, the competitive price and great reviews made the decision an easy one) Jayda in the office kept me in the loop on scheduling and payment, color choices etc. Oscar and his team were on time & professional. And Pino was our final “walk through” making sure everything was as expected and we were happy with the job. I had one concern, and he got right on it and it was taken care of immediately.
