Unfortunately, after following up several times to schedule the repair, I was told by text, “Boss said no.” Not only was the job now off the table, but during the original visit, part of the chimney had been pulled apart without my consent — leaving it more exposed than before. When I raised this concern, I received an initial response from their COO, who apologized and said he would look into it. Despite my attempts to follow up and work toward a solution, they stopped responding entirely.
I don’t take leaving negative reviews lightly, but this was a disappointing experience. I was left with a partially dismantled chimney, no resolution, and empty assurances. I hope others have a better experience, but I can’t recommend this company based on how things were handled in my case.
We recently had our entire roof redone by AZ Roof Co., and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The new roof looks fantastic, and it’s backed by a 20-year warranty, which gives us so much peace of mind.
A huge shoutout to Pino, our Project Manager—he was truly a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly accommodating with our schedule, kept us informed every step of the way, and was always kind and professional. You could really tell he cared about the quality of the work and our overall experience.
There was a small mishap during the project where something fell and damaged one of our outdoor tables, but I want to emphasize how impressed I am with how the team handled it. They immediately took responsibility and are going above and beyond to make it right. That level of accountability and customer care is rare and very much appreciated.
I highly recommend AZ Roof Co. to anyone in need of roofing work. Excellent service, beautiful results, and a team that truly stands behind their work!
